The Good Samaritan Southgate Care Centre was built in 1973 with an addition made in 1991. This facility houses three different populations; frail elderly, psycho geriatric illness or developmentally disabled and Alzheimer's type dementia.
The addition to this facility became home to Occupational, Physical and Recreational Therapy, Pastoral Care, Social Work and Volunteer Services. There is also a canteen which is operated by a volunteer group, Extended Hands

The Good Samaritan Society Clearwater Centre opened in Rocky Mountain House in 2004 offering seniors multiple levels of support and the opportunity to age in place. There are five distinct program areas at Clearwater Centre.
